**Individual Sessions are offered at the rate of $100 per hour for any clients not in network. 

Currently, we only offer telehealth services through Headway. Clients must be Maryland-based to receive services.

 Step 1: Complete the contact form on the homepage of our website.
Step 2: A member of our team will reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
Step 3: If we mutually agree to move forward, you’ll receive a scheduling link for your initial session along with instructions to complete the required intake paperwork.
